100% recommend!! Rn I have 2 birds that I purchased. They were bonding perfectly! The staff was so lovely to tell what was the best for my bird. Lots of other pets like snakes and guinea pigs, the store felt like a maze because of how big it was. 10/10 experience and I would absolutely come back again!!

Easily one of the best pet stores in South East Queensland! Huge range of every pet product you could possibly want. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Huge variety of livestock including invertebrates, birds, tropical fish, reptiles and more. Their husbandry is always upkept and in great condition. Definitely worth a visit for any of your pet needs.

The staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable about recommendations for food. The store is massive and seems to having everything you could possibly want for your pets. The cat tree I bought is very strong and seems that it will last a lot longer then the ones I've bought in the past at other stores. Highly recommend for all your pet needs. They have snakes! Fish, birds and all sorts of other animals.

Always love coming here. They have helpful staff, well stocked and everything you need. Even though it's a 45min drive for me, it's worth passing all the other stores for the service and quality.

Great place for Pet photos with Santa at Christmas time! Very professional and well run. During the rest of the year it’s a great place to buy pet food and supplies or use the self dog wash. Prices are on par with or better than petbarn and staff are super friendly and happy to help. Good variety, ample and easy parking!

Have you ever visited a specialty shop and been blown away by the abundance of products and expertise found there? Such was the case at Pet City. Established in 1957, Pet City has everything for the pet enthusiast. Interested in birds? Check! Fish? Check! Reptiles? Check! Mammals? Check! Plus, they have everything to provide a loving home to the pets of your choosing, from enclosures to toys and food. The staff are super friendly and quite knowledgeable about all things pet related. Im super big on customer service, and their staff exude a friendliness that I find lacking in many businesses today. If you want the broadest selection of products for your pet, drop in and give them a visit.

Needed a budgie friend for my other little one. The store is massive and there are so many options and products available. I am very very hesitant at any given time to get any animal from a pet store, but my budgie at home was showing signs of depression after losing her mate, so I went to see what they had on offer. Very clear their animals are very well cared for. At least the birds. The assistant that helped me was very knowledgeable on birds, and handled and inspected my new little darling with so much care as he made sure they were okay. Was very thorough about finding out what kind of home the little one was going into - even beyond the standardised form. It was very sweet and very reassuring! Fantastic pet shop! Super knowledgeable staff who helped us set up our cherry shrimp tank and even tested our water to make sure everything was perfect. Great advice and always friendly service.
